Plant Health Australia was established to service its Members. Operationally, we are guided by a company constitution, a set of corporate values and a corporate plan. The objectives for which PHA is established are to:

Plant Health Australia (PHA) is committed to demonstrating its values throughout all our business activities, including our vision, our business model, our strategy, our service and our people. Our values are:
PHA is guided by a 5 year Corporate Plan. The 2009-2013 Corporate Plan provides the long term, strategic direction of the Company. It is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant, and an updated version is provided to members as appropriate. PHA commissions, coordinates and manages agreed plant health programs to achieve outcomes set out in the Corporate Plan. A copy of the Corporate Plan is available here.
PHA Members include most major agricultural industries, the Australian Government and all state/territory governments. Membership of Plant Health Australia is unlimited and inclusive, and is available to peak plant industries and government.
Members have involvement and input into a range of large scale, nationally coordinated projects that could not be funded or pursued by organisations acting independently.
